O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of our Client, a main contractor who specialise in various areas such as Commercial, Residential and Civil projects across Ireland.
This job is in South Dublin.
The duties for a Recruitment Coordinator include:
- Proactively source talent through talent pipelines
- Advertise appropriately using approved job boards, social media, and other available media.
- Drive and manage continuous attraction and sourcing according to the office needs and industry trends.
- Respond to all inquiries, both internal and external in accordance with service levels.
- Administer initial review and pre-screening of all candidates.
- Schedule all interviews for the office
- Provide regular communication with the candidate ensuring they have the best candidate experience that reflects our employment brand.
- Conduct reference checks and manage all other background checks.
Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:
- Degree level education
- 2-3+ years’ experience as a Recruiter
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work in a busy work environment.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Job Boards
