O’Neill and Brennan have are currently representing a reputable contractor who have a requirement for a Senior technical manager to join the business. They operate in the residential new-build and refurbishment sector and the role would involve being based in the head office and overseeing the technical/design department.
The role is for a senior leader responsible for the technical aspects of a company's projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead and manage technical teams, oversee the construction lifecycle, and make key technical decisions.
The successful Senior Technical Manager/Director will have:
- Strong previous experience within the design and technical sector
- Strong background working for main contractors or developers
- CSCS card
- Experience managing a large design team
