Job Summary:

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Contracts Manager for residential projects based throughout Ireland. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with a growing employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the project without delays.
• Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts.
• Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors.
• Liaise with site managers and schedule work as well as monitoring site operations.
• Ability to liaise and coordinate seamlessly with multiple levels of Staff, Departments, Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and any other stakeholders.
• Building successful relationships with Clients, Client Representatives and other 3rd party providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or relevant project experience
• Must have experience working on residential projects.
• A minimum of 7+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor in UK or ROI.
• Proven record of managing projects valued over £10M from start to handover.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
