Bid Manager/Pre Construction Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor for multiple roles based in their Manchester office.

Bid Managers & Pre Con Managers are a valuable part of their business, driving quality outcomes, enhancing buildability, and fostering innovation. The Bid Managers work collaboratively with our customers and industry specialists to ensure that the design develops in accordance with the brief with a firm focus on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice.

Bid Manager - upto 85k + Package (will pay more DOE)

• Leading the first stage Bid
• Lead 2nd stage PSA's
• Quality questions and submissions liaising with Proposals Team for compliance
• Hybrid Working

Pre Con Manager - upto 85k + Package (will pay more DOE)

• Be able to manage a team who will have the expertise in Commercial/Design/Ops etc & allow a healthy debate
• Interact and present to customer Head up any negotiations Background ideally Technical Construction
• Client Facing & Candidate Facing
• Will be looking to have the Bid team report into you within 18months
• Get the Design developed & Programme Developed and terms agreed
• Hybrid Working

What will you need?

Ideally proven experience in a similar roles within the construction industry, ideally with a Tier 1 or a Main Contractor.
