We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a leading Main Contractor on a Contract basis, working full time Monday to Friday. You will be working as part of a close-knit team on new build apartments in Birmingham City Centre. This location is easily accessible by public transport, however if required parking onsite.

You will be providing administrative support, splitting time between the production, commercial and technical departments.

Duties;

  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Setting up site folders at the beginning of projects
  • Printing off site drawings
  • Assisting the commercial team with putting tender documents together
  • General administration duties such as filing, scanning paperwork, ordering office supplies
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in both paper and digital form

Experience/skills required;

  • Administration experience is essential.
  • Previous construction experience would be advantageous.
  • Computer literate is a must for this role, utilising the main software packages such as Microsoft word, excel etc
