Vuk brings around three years of experience in people coordination, onboarding, and international support, developed through his work with international students alongside the university’s International Business department. Throughout this time, he supported students from a wide range of backgrounds with relocation, accommodation, administrative and legislative matters, as well as day-to-day enquiries. Working closely with both students and university representatives, he developed a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships across international communities.
In his current role as a Recruitment Administrator at O’Neill & Brennan, Vuk supports recruitment activities across the German construction sector, helping connect skilled professionals with opportunities on projects throughout Germany. Drawing on his international background and people-focused experience, he works closely with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, while supporting the continued development of O’Neill & Brennan’s presence in the German market.
Outside of work, Vuk continues to be actively involved in international and exchange communities through volunteering with the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). Building on his previous experience, he helps strengthen links between exchange networks in Frankfurt, Marburg, Giessen and further afield, bringing together people and organisations across the region. A keen sports enthusiast, Vuk also previously played basketball at semi-professional level in Frankfurt, an experience that helped shape his strong sense of teamwork, discipline and competitive drive
