Martin has worked with O’Neill & Brennan since we opened our Irish operation in 1997, having previously worked for 8 years within the Civil Engineering & Residential Building sectors. Martin has previous exposure to Construction Recruitment when he worked for 4 years in London with one of the bigger suppliers there.
Martin's daily objective is to not only meet but exceed client expectations, building strong relationships and establishing O'Neill & Brennan as their primary staffing partner. He is also committed to identifying and cultivating talented professionals, providing exceptional service, and fostering business growth for the benefit of both the company and his colleagues' careers.
Martin's educational background includes a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology.
