Our approach focuses on making a positive contribution to the communities we serve, creating opportunities and supporting underrepresented groups. By fostering diversity and inclusion, O'Neill & Brennan aim's to build a stronger, more sustainable industry while delivering tangible benefits that extend beyond the workplace.

Careers in Construction

O'Neill & Brennan has taken part in the Careers in Construction initiative. This involved organising Safe Pass, Manual Handling training and a construction site visit with Glenveagh Properties plc for a group of Kildare Town Community School students. This initiative aimed to expose secondary school students to the many career opportunities within the construction industry through either an apprenticeship for a trade or a professional role through 3rd level education.

Women in Construction

At O’Neill & Brennan, we are proud to be Gold Members of Women into Construction, an organisation dedicated to promoting gender diversity and equality within the construction industry. Our involvement with this initiative reflects our firm commitment to creating more inclusive and supportive environments for women in what has traditionally been a male-dominated sector.

Chasing the Sun: Helping Uganda Schools Cycle

Cameron Taylor of our Dublin Labour & Trades team cycled 310km from Titanic Docks in Belfast to Enniscrone Co. Sligo in aid of Helping Uganda Schools. HUGS, alongside local NGO CEFOVID, are building a rural primary school where children from the slum can receive a quality education in a clean safe environment, surrounded by nature, with good food, clean water and space to play and grow.

Bewley's Big Coffee Morning

O'Neill & Brennan proudly hosted a Coffee Morning on Friday, 18th October 2024, in support of Together For Hospice – The National Hospice Movement. The event was a wonderful opportunity for all our teams to come together across our four offices, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with coffee, conversation and camaraderie, all while supporting a worthy cause.

Colleagues took time out of their busy schedules to socialise and contribute to the fundraising efforts, with all donations going to their nearest hospice. The event not only strengthened our sense of community within O'Neill & Brennan but also allowed us to extend our support to a vital national movement dedicated to providing compassionate care to those in need.

Together, we helped raise both awareness and funds for a cause close to our hearts, supporting the incredible work that hospices do across Ireland.

Flynn Construction Table Quiz

O'Neill & Brennan team members of our Dubllin Office took part in a charity table quiz organised by Flynn to support the Childrens Health Foundation. It was a fantastic evening filled with knowledge, fun and an incredible sense of purpose.
