The recognition reflects the team’s consistent commitment to maintaining a safe and secure site, particularly given the challenges around deliveries and material movement within a constrained space. Despite these pressures, operations have been carried out to a high standard, ensuring both safety and efficiency at all times.
Our Logistics Manager, Clare Meehan, wanted to give a special mention to Sergiu Vintila, whose leadership of the haul road and focus on traffic management has resulted in zero incidents over the past 2.5 years.
Credit also to Nahome for his proactive approach on site, always going above and beyond to support the wider team, and to 𝗦𝗮𝗺 for his skill and professionalism operating in a demanding environment.
