Dublin City Council has granted the Ronan Group Real Estate company planning permission to build a mixed-use development on its Waterfront South Central site on Dublin's north quays.
The approval allows for the construction of 550 homes on the last riverside site in the Dublin Docklands, where RGRE is currently developing a new corporate premises for Citi bank.
