Plans to construct over 200 homes on publicly owned land in Galway have been approved.
The project, involving the Land Development Agency (LDA) and Galway City Council, will result in 219 cost rental and social housing units on Dyke Road.
They will be built on a 1.8 hectare site, owned by the city council, with construction expected to commence in 2027.
