The construction of social housing and apartments continues in Buncrana with an application submitted to Donegal County Council on August 5.
The application follows other housing projects that have been given the green light for planning this year including an application by Ronald McGrory for the construction of 14 new homes in Buncrana when was approved in March of this year, 11 months after its initial submission.
The applicant, J. Donaghey Formworks Ltd. submitted the planning proposal for the renovation and extension at No. 1 St. Egney’s Terrace on the Cockhill road in Ballymacarry for the construction of one apartment on the ground floor and two more apartments on the first floor with “connection to all existing services”.
