The Land Development Agency (LDA) has started construction on almost 800 homes in the new Richmond Village development in Fairview in Dublin 3.
Richmond Village will deliver 779 new homes, on the site of St Vincent's Hospital in Fairview.
The new homes, all of which will be apartments, are being delivered as part of the LD's Project Tosaigh initiative, in partnership with Royalton Group and Walls Construction.
