John Sisk & Son (Sisk) has completed its acquisition of Northern Ireland contractor Farrans Construction after satisfying all legal and regulatory requirements, the companies said on Monday, 3 November.
The deal, first announced in September, follows approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) last month. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Farrans was sold by building materials group CRH.
