The Land Development Agency (LDA) is to deliver 562 new homes in Dublin as part of a development that will include Ireland’s tallest building.
The LDA is working with developer Castlethorn on the Parkgate Street development across the River Liffey from Heuston Station and close to Phoenix Park.
Construction is due to begin in the coming weeks, with the new homes forecast to be completed in late 2029.
The development will consist of four interconnected apartment blocks, including a 30-storey, 102-metre tall building known as Parkgate Pointe.
