A contractor has been appointed for the Cahersiveen Waterfront Amenity and Boardwalk project, with works expected to commence in the coming weeks.
Kerry TD Michael Cahill and Councillor Tommy Cahill have welcomed the appointment of Griffin Brothers Contracting Limited as the project moves into construction phase.
The project will span the waterfront between the pier and the bridge, opening up a new public space for social gatherings and events, as well as providing a scenic link between two parts of the town.
