Plans submitted to Fingal County Council for the construction of 170 apartments and duplexes in Clonsilla have received approval from An Bord Pleanála.
The development, set to be constructed by McHugh Property Holdings Limited, will consist of 170 housing units spread across seven blocks along Clonsilla Road.
Fingal County Council approved the initial plans in September, but the decision was delayed due to several appeals, requiring An Bord Pleanála to make the final ruling.
