Construction Activity Hits Two-Year Peak
BNP Paribas Construction Index recorded its first back-to-back monthly expansion for two years. The seasonally adjusted index rose from 51.6 in March to 53.2 in April, the rate of expansion was the fastest since March 2022. Expansions in commercial and residential projects were the main factors contributing to the growth in April.
LDA Launches Over 50 New Homes in Dublin
57 newly build homes in Hollystown Dublin 15 were launched by the Land Development Agency (LDA). The homes are being delivered by the LDA through their Project Tosaigh Initiative as part of the Wilkinsons Brook Development. The homes were developed by Glenveagh Properties, they include 13 two-bed houses, 39 three-bed houses and 5 four-bed houses.
