Cork Harbour Offshore Wind Site
Doyle Shipping group is planning to redevelop the Cork Dockyard Facility in Cork Harbour as a port infrastructure hub. DSG has issued tender documents and will carry out a significant consultation with stakeholders and the public before it formally lodges a planning application.
Trinity College Exhibition Space
Works have started on the refurbishment of the Printing House at Trinity College and temporary change of use for a period of five years to allow it to operate as an exhibition space. This will include the incorporation of an exhibition space, secure storage rooms, security office, WC at ground level and associated plant space at basement level.
Baltinglass Town Centre Enhancement Project
It is expected that ground works are to begin on the Baltinglass Town Centre Refurbishment Scheme during February 2024. This project will involve the re-allocation of road space, the laying of new high-quality paving and kerbs along the footpaths, enhanced lighting provision, tree planting and landscaping as well as associated drainage works, installation of ducting and the undergrounding of overhead cables.
