Construction has begun on the delivery of 578 new homes in Inchicore.
An Droichead Órga is a new Dublin City Council development at the former St. Michael's Estate off Emmet Road that was officially launched by Lord Mayor Councillor Ray McAdam and Minister for Housing James Browne today. Encompassing 137 social homes and 441 cost rental homes, the site will also include community and public amenities.
Elliott Group have been appointed as the construction contractor for the residential properties and will deliver an initial contract for the first 478 homes, as well as a creche, library and community hub. With multiple apartment blocks, the site will also include private communal areas for residents and shared public spaces.
