Chair of the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB), Fiona Ross, told the Oireachtas Health Committee on Wednesday said she is “hoping” the difference in speeding up the €2.2bn project will be made by the meeting with Royal BAM and the pressure that may bring to bear on the contractor.
