The first apartments at Cork City’s Marina Quarter are due to come on stream early in 2027, as part of an estimated €525m development of more than 1,000 homes.
Work on the former Live at the Marquee site has been ongoing for a year and is at structural erection stage.
A spokesperson for the developer, Glenveagh Properties plc, told the Irish Examiner that the site is “progressing well”.
