We are currently seeking an experienced Site Office Administrator to join a major construction project in Cheltenham on a long-term 2-year contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a busy site team, supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale construction scheme through efficient administration, document control and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team.
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and filing systems.
- Ensuring all project records remain accurate, organised and up to date.
- Printing, issuing and distributing drawings, specifications and project reports.
- Managing document control processes and supporting project compliance requirements.
- Maintaining project tracking logs, databases and reporting systems.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and incoming telephone calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and post.
- Coordinating meeting rooms, diaries and schedules for senior site personnel.
- Ordering and managing office stationery and site office supplies.
- Supporting the wider project team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Document Controller or Office Administrator within the construction industry.
- Strong document control and administration skills.
- Experience using construction management software and document management systems would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to support the wider project team.
