Foreman – Malahide
D.O.E: €60k - €70k
Overview:
O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Foreman on behalf of our client, to support their team on a residential project in Malahide, County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and work in partnership with the Site Manager.
- Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
- Manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Liaise with project managers and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification.
- Mechanical and Electrical Fit Out experience essential.
- Experience in residential developments required, multistorey experience desirable.
- Practical experience in steel frame building projects.
- Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular, carpentry.
- Background in dealing with mechanical and electrical contractors.
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
