Finishing Foreman – North Dublin

DOE: €65K – €75K

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Finishing Foreman for our client on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman with a main contractor and strong experience managing finishing works.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage finishing works and trades on site
• Supervise subcontractors
• Monitor quality and progress
• Complete snagging and ensure timely close-out
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and subcontractors
• Ensure works meet programme and quality requirements
• Maintain Health & Safety standards

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ Foreman experience with a main contractor
• Strong finishing experience
• Good knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality targets
