Facade Manager - Cork
Salary €75,000 + Accommodation
Overview:
O’Neill & Brennen is seeking an experienced Facade Manager for a construction project in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified professional to join a project on an immediate-start basis, with an Excellent rate and accommodation provided. Project will run for 3 - 6 months starting imedietley.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all facade installation works on site.
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure works are completed efficiently.
- Ensure facade works are delivered in line with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate facade activities with other trades and site management teams.
- Monitor progress against project deadlines and address any issues that may impact delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates to the project team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Facade Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, installation methods and construction detailing.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage site activities effectively.
- Strong understanding of health and safety and quality control procedures.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to a 3–6 month project in Cork.
