Bid Writer – North Dublin

Job Overview:
Our client is a well-established contractor delivering projects nationwide and is currently recruiting a Bid Writer to join their head office team in North Dublin.
Job Summary:
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of PQQs, tenders, eTenders, and quotations for construction projects.
- Liaise with estimating, commercial, technical, and project teams to gather accurate and relevant information for bid responses.
- Ensure all tender documentation is fully compliant with client requirements, accurately completed, and submitted within agreed deadlines.
- Format, edit, and proofread bid content to ensure a high standard of quality, consistency, and professional presentation.
- Maintain and manage the tender library, bid templates, case studies, and supporting documentation at head office level.
- Track bid timelines, manage clarifications, and support bid presentations, contract reviews, and administrative compliance checks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a construction environment in a bid administration, coordination, or similar role, including eTenders.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with effective time management.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and prioritise workload.
- Experience supporting end-to-end bid management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
