Site Administrator (Construction) – Athlone

DOE: €35k - €40k

 

Job Overview:

Our client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join their team in Athlone, County Westmeath. The successful candidate will be responsible for document control, site administration, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the site.

                           

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
  • Coordinating and managing project communications.
  • Assisting with document control.
  • Assisting with quality and safety audits.
  • Ordering material to ensure the site team had what they needed to proceed with the works.
  • Support management with general office administration as required.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • On-site construction experience / familiarity with construction documentation is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience in site administration or a similar administrative role is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and maintain records, documents, and schedules accurately, ensuring smooth daily site operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams, contractors, and clients, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Access to your own vehicle is beneficial.
  • Full working rights for Ireland. Visa sponsorship cannot be provided.
