Construct a Career is a nationwide campaign designed to provide a clearly defined route into the construction industry for people interested in working in this field, but don’t currently have the qualifications to do so.

Our Aim
Our aim is to help these people by connecting them with local training providers to receive necessary training and support, and then place them into work thereafter. We believe Construct a Career provides a sustainable solution to this.
As of June 2021, over 498 people have successfully completed the course with 152 being placed into work as a result of the programme.
