Service Desk Team Leader

A leading energy & services group employing over 20000 staff are seeking an Administration Team Leader. Employment is temp to perm.

Your role
To manage 2 site staff whilst managing own workload. This is working on a Service Desk environment and will need someone with facility management experience. The role will include managing incoming calls, and working with the regional managers to analyse data and problem solve any issues that arise. 

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a Team Leader role ideally in a facility management environment. Qualifications: ideally NVQ in Business Administration and Microsoft Office. You must be IT savvy with excellent working knowledge of excel and other online systems.
Person specification: excellent organisational skills, high level or confidentiality, display friendly and professional behaviour, excellent communication skills and people management experience.
