Assistant Site Manager – Northwest London – Residential Developer - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

One of the UK’s leading housebuilding companies is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their production team in London. The Company are well renowned for the quality of their work and the treatment of their staff. They build multi million pound schemes of traditional homes and apartments and they great pride in the quality of their work.

The Assistant Site Manager is required for a brand new development in Northwest London. The project consists of over 300 traditional build homes to be built over a four year programme. They will be taking the plots from frame, ensuring they are watertight and managing the internal fit out through to completion. They will also be managing the externals and landscaping. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors, adhering to the project programme and H&S procedures.

Experience working on large scale building projects is required. Experience of taking properties from first fix through to handover would be advantageous but not essential. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid preferred.
