Experienced White Collar Consultants
Client facing, driven, 360 recruiters with experience of Freelance or Permanent recruitment in Construction, Civils, Rail, M&E, Energy/Power.
Experienced Labour & Trades Consultants
Primarily field based, excellent understanding of their market (Construction, Civils, M&E) with the ability to deliver our exceptional service.
Trainee White Collar Consultants
Graduates with sales or customer service experience and a desire to rapidly progress to billing consultants.
Trainee Account Managers (Labour & Trades)
After initial training, you will be primarily field based, working alongside a more experienced consultant.
Telephone based, exceptionally hard working, superb communicators. Source Labour and Trades operatives for our growing client base on a daily basis.
Everyone is enrolled onto our Training Academy where they receive personalised training both in groups and individual desk-side coaching.

Upon arrival at the company, all new starters will be given a full induction to the O’Neill and Brennan way of life. You will meet the team and become familiar with the Training Academy, based at HQ.
This induction is high paced and immersive where you’ll get to learn new techniques and practice live calling in a supportive learning environment. You’ll get to meet lots of new colleagues, along with some of the most senior people in our business. There will be some reading and homework involved, giving you that crucial head-start.
After induction the training and development doesn’t stop. You will receive continuous training through one-to-one sessions, group activities, and to shake things up through e-learning tools and webinars. There will be industry specific advice on compliance and a library of documents to call upon. You will buddy up with an experienced member of staff for guidance and support if you come unstuck.
Our training programme is designed to develop your recruitment expertise and sales skills well beyond induction, and is recognised as cutting edge within the industry. With a mix of classroom, on-the-job and one-to-one coaching, our programme builds recruitment best practice and is adapted to suit your individual learning needs. All consultants have their very own personal training devise to assist with training. Whatever your background, our training will support you in becoming a recruiting expert and help you build a rewarding and successful career, as quickly as possible.
