O’Neill & Brennan achieve 100% in REC Compliance Test
O’Neill & Brennan have passed the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s compliance test, meaning we reach standards of professionalism and ethical practice set out in the REC code of conduct. The test must be taken by all REC members once every two years to ensure that standards are maintained. The minimum score to pass is 80% but O'Neill & Brennan achieved a flawless 100%, which is indicative of the expectations we place on ourselves here. This shows all potential and existing clients and candidates that we operate in an exemplary manner. As members, we can use the REC logo on correspondence and on our website, where it remains on our ever-growing list of professional accreditations, awards, and certificates which serve as testament to our commitment to excellence in all aspects of our business.
