Projects:
Location: North West London – an award winning RC Frame Design consisting of 239 units, retail space, a public square and a community centre. They projects is currently at pilling stage.
Location: Central London – landmark London development consisting of a 26 story modular residential tower.
Location: East London – Overall scheme worth £650 million consisting of 1200 units, they have secured first phrase where they have been asked to deliver the first 250 units.
Location: Surrey – Part of wider regeneration totalling £500 million, this project will see the refurbishment of an existing building with the addition of a further two RC Frame towers.
Location: Brighton - Iconic mixed used development totalling 452 residential units and a commercial space with a project value of over £100 million.

Skills and Experience:
-
A proven, demonstrable track record of working for a main contractor.

Taking on projects start to end including Residential, Hotel and or Student Accommodation.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels.

Ability to plan, implement and manage projects to deliver to time, budget and quality.
-
Experience of leading and managing teams and/or a range of small projects.
-
Awareness of CDM regulations.
-
Knowledge and understanding or planning and project management tools and techniques.

The ability to communicate effectively is required to manage customer relationships, in addition to strong planning and organisation skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.

Experience of leading teams and confidence in the ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets are required.
