The Ideal candidate will have previous commercial main contracting experience. They are seeking a Construction Planner to work on large school projects in London. 75% of their projects are from negotiated contracts. Candidate Requirements Essential and Desirable Experience Software experience in P3 and P6 planning software Essential !!!! Planning experience over a variety of sectors, education /Social Housing/ health / commercial / retail / etc. Confident in planning methodologies, logistics, management of design & procurement programmes Commercially aware well rounded planner on projects £10million plus who can demonstrate success This is a permanent office based role Steady Work History.
