Account Managers
For our account managers it's all about relationships.
Their main responsibility is to provide the highest level of service to our Labour & Trades clients by sourcing the right operative at the right time. They will often come from a construction background and the main responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing operatives through effective advertising and networking.
- Interviewing and screening operatives for new roles.
- Building, maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
- Managing payroll/timesheets to ensure efficiency and accuracy in pay and invoicing.
- Managing a database of operatives.
Business Development Managers
Our business development managers work closely with our account managers to service the needs of our clients and are responsible for acquiring, developing and retaining customers.
They represent the front line and continually drive the value of the partnership we have with our clients. A business development manager will typically be responsible for:
- Identify new sales opportunities and cross sell other divisions within O'Neill & Brennan.
- Entertain customers regularly to improve/drive/strengthen sales opportunities and customer relationships.
- Develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Have a clearer understanding of how sales operations, department objectives and tasks fit into the broader goals of the business.
Recruitment Consultants
Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish and ensuring the transition into any new job is well managed for both the client and candidate.
- Matching clients and candidates needs and career aspirations.
- Sourcing candidates through effective advertising and networking.
- Interviewing and screening candidates for new roles.
- Business development.
- Salary and fee negotiation.
- Developing tailored recruitment solutions for each of your clients.
- Meeting, developing and building relationships with clients.
