O'Neill & Brennan was established in the UK in 1990 and in Ireland in 1996 to service the construction sector. Today the group has a national network of offices in Ireland and the UK and is a market leader providing a reliable and cost effective recruitment service to our client base.
O'Neill & Brennan has offices throughout the UK and Ireland, and across the group we engage over 2,500 people on a weekly basis, mostly with clients with whom we have a history of repeat business and long standing relationships.
At O'Neill & Brennan we specialise in the supply of Professional & Technical staff (engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers, forepersons, etc) on a contract or permanent placement basis and Labour & Trades (skilled & semi skilled general operatives, carpenters & other trades , machine drivers, etc) on a long term or short term basis to supplement the main contractor's own workforce.
To cater for construction company's requirements for highly professional office/site support staff , we have a dedicated Construction Office Support department.
For the UK market, we have a dedicated Logistics & Waste Management Deparment to provide fixed-price waste management services.
In Ireland, our sister company, O&B Recruitment caters for general recruitment for the broader, non-construction market.
Our service has proven successful due to quality of service, understanding client requirements, compliance and stringent health, safety and training procedures.
The strategic locations of our offices and the availability of our management staff means that we can provide a personal service in dropping staff to site on day 1 and be physically present on any client site on a regular basis. In this way we operate in the manner of an old fashioned sub contractor where accessibility, availability and face to face contact are vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and issues being dealt with at source. The service is professionally supported by dedicated teams of administrative staff in finance and IT.
